ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Paula has always been in close contact with consumers throughout her career. She has been and is continually passionate that the consumers voice is heard on issues such as GM foods, transparent food labelling and nutrition claims. She has also been involved in significant wide-reaching consumer education initiatives, including RTE’s Health Squad series 2002–2006.
